What is Xport-Order?
Xport-Order (formerly FaxXml)
is a process that replaces traditional faxed orders sent from non-Dare
(Direct-Agency/Rep Exchange) Agencies with an attachment contained
in an email message (xml format).
How does this new process benefit the industry?
Several benefits of Xport-Order are as follows:
- Immediate availability of the order at the
Rep of record
- Clearly defined data in an easy to
read format – no more illegible faxes
- Eliminates manual entry errors
- Dramatic decrease in order processing time
- Diminished discrepancies due to avoidable errors
- Less issuance of error related credits
How does Xport-Order work?
Upon activation, the Xport-Order processor allows
an original order to be emailed from an agency via their system as
an xml attachment directly into the Rep’s Electronic Order In-box
thus replacing the manual order entry procedure.
NOTE: The Xport-Order system does not provide two-way
interaction with the Agency. ALL revisions beyond the original order
are handled manually.
How can an Agency obtain the ability to use this functionality?
Currently Strata, SmartPlus and MediaLine have been tested for functionality. Please contact us for testing if your agency uses software other than those mentioned.
